On a bright, sunny day, Lin Feng hauled a stone weighing just under a ton into the courtyard and began writing and drawing.
The Young Shrine Attendant stood behind Lin Feng, watching his brush dance across the page as he churned out letters. Several times, he wanted to speak but held back.
He truly came close to losing control.
Lin Feng's handwriting was just too ugly.
It made anyone looking at it squirm, itching to snatch the brush away and write for him.
Unfortunately, he could not.
So the Young Shrine Attendant suffered.
Besides, the contents of the letters were rather hard to describe.
Lin Feng wrote the letters one after another. They read, [You animals, I've discovered that you've been impersonating the Shangqing Maoshan Order. Come kill your daddy.]
On the back was, [If you don't kill me, I'll go to Capital City, Maoshan, Laoshan, Dragon-Tiger Mountain, Dragon Gate, and everywhere else to report you, one by one. I'm telling you today: unless you kill me, this isn't over.]
He left one final line at the bottom.
[Looking forward to your swift arrival.]
Seeing that final message, the Young Shrine Attendant's face twitched again, and he began considering a plan to throw Lin Feng out of the Heavenly Consort Temple.
He felt as though he had met someone who had completely lost his mind.
Keeping him in the temple would bring disaster.
He was already close to death. Could he not rest and enjoy himself a little before dying?
So he brought up the matter again, trying to get Lin Feng to leave. Thick-skinned as ever, Lin Feng put on an act, playing the fool.
"Huh? What did you say?"
"Leave? Go where? Oh, you want me to write in the main hall? No thanks, the sunlight's nice here."
