Blood-red mist billowed from the mask, and the wails of living beings formed its prevailing theme.
This object, born alongside the Bronze Gate, was the creation of the great shamans of the Yin-Shang nobility, led by Di Xin.
Using the properties of the Bronze Source Seed and sacrificial methods available only to the Shang Dynasty's upper classes, they stole the power of "nature." In theory, these great shamans possessed extraordinary abilities and ambition. They were not content to become "ancestor gods"; they had set their sights much further.
An "emperor" who ruled over everything.
They had turned their attention to "Di." Although they did not understand the logic behind the complete chain of "nature"—"Di"—"ancestor gods," their many years of sacrifices had still taught them something.

Through experience, they could obtain the future they wanted.
They would use the "Source Seed" to manufacture a deity, then use that "deity" to realize their ambition of becoming gods.
Unlike "Di," a supreme god who had gradually become a mere symbol in the end.

They would become part of this "Bronze Deity" mask. In other words, their collective consciousness would become a deity. Such a vast undertaking was beyond any one person, even the fiercely ambitious Di Xin of that era. So he gathered many shamans and conducted numerous "high-level sacrifices."
Some unfortunate nobles became sacrifices during this process.
