Kazemori Masaki held out that hope, but an antidote remained elusive. Compared with B, medicine in the shinobi world had its own strengths and weaknesses. Thanks to chakra, Medical Ninjutsu could often accomplish incredible things: the Chakra Scalpel could bypass the skin and affect the muscles beneath it, the Mystical Palm Technique could rapidly accelerate cellular recovery, and Life Reincarnation could even transfer life force to another person. Such things existed only in science fiction.
On the other hand, medicine in the other world was a rigorous system that studied how things and phenomena changed and developed, then explored the relationships between them. Its theoretical foundations far surpassed those of the current shinobi world, while instruments developed through various scientific technologies allowed ordinary people to accomplish things that only highly skilled Medical Ninjas could manage.
Kazemori Masaki felt that if the shinobi world could establish certain medical disciplines, perhaps even Medical Ninjas less gifted than a prodigy like Tsunade could overcome this problem. However, that was merely his own wish. Konoha Shinobi Village could not suddenly leap to a new level.
With the lack of an antidote standing in their way, Kazemori Masaki's proposal to launch a surprise attack first naturally met with opposition from most of the others. Although Tobirama felt that the Sunagakure Ninjas might indeed be plotting something, he did not immediately agree in the face of their objections, choosing instead to consider it.
Unwilling to give up, Kazemori Masaki made a special visit to Tobirama to discuss the matter. Tobirama acknowledged the possibility, but he truly needed to think carefully about whether they should act immediately.
Tobirama's caution was only natural. As the supreme commander in the war, his every word and action could affect victory or defeat. Intuition could be useful, but it could not
