The Third Kazekage used Magnet Release to shape iron sand into countless straight lines, dividing this side of the battlefield into sections of varying sizes. The Sunagakure Ninjas charged into them, unleashing their signature techniques without mercy against the enemies before them.
The initial chaos forced the Land of Fire's forces into one retreat after another, leaving countless Corpses behind. Once the Konoha Ninjas' commanders entered the fray, however, the situation gradually stabilized. They were still at a disadvantage, but at least they were no longer taking a one-sided beating.
After handing Monzaemon over to two of his fellow disciples, Kazemori Masaki raced toward the breach in the City wall. There, he found his other two fellow disciples standing stunned as they directed the defense. He also spotted two familiar figures among the Sunagakure Ninjas and knew that Sunagakure had committed everything to this attack.
If they could repel this surprise attack by Sunagakure Ninja Village, the outcome of the war would all but be decided. Kazemori Masaki lowered his stance slightly, his eyes bright. In that case, defeating the Third Kazekage was something he had to do.
He unleashed the strength of his entire body and shot out of the City like a gale. Everyone along his route felt a powerful gust sweep past them, yet none caught sight of a figure.
Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura felt the gust as well. Unlike the Sunagakure Ninjas, their instincts told them who had caused it, and they could more or less guess where he was heading. Of all their fellow disciples present, only that man was suited to ending the battle in a short time.
