Kazemori Masaki studied the mark in his palm with curiosity. He could sense Four-Tails' chakra within it, but it was almost completely inactive, as though dormant. He could tell it was a jutsu formula. Although he did not understand its exact workings, he could vaguely guess at some of them.

"What is this?" Kazemori Masaki asked.

"It's essentially a clone of me," Four-Tails Son Gokū replied. "While I'm sealed, I can't give you much chakra. And since you still need to demonstrate your sincerity, I'll give you this mark instead. Like us when we were first born, it will absorb natural energy on its own and produce chakra. But because it's incomplete, it won't produce much, and it can't become a true tailed beast. It should still be enough for you to study, though. There's just one thing: it's connected to me, so it will only start producing chakra with my consent."

"I see." Kazemori Masaki nodded in understanding. "So once you've seen proof of my sincerity, you'll let this mark start producing chakra. Is that right?"

"Exactly." Four-Tails Son Gokū smiled. "Kazemori Masaki, let me have a good look at this society you've built."

"Just wait and see." Kazemori Masaki nodded to Four-Tails Son Gokū, then glanced at the mark. "Speaking of which, could this mark serve as a medium for communication?"

"Yes. Since it's my chakra, it has an inherent connection to me. As long as no special barrier or sealing blocks it, we can communicate over long distances," Four-Tails Son Gokū said.

"In that case, perhaps you could meet some of your other old friends, too. How well do you get along with the other tailed beasts?" Kazemori Masaki asked.
