After his parents died, Li Chun became the owner of Spring Apartments. He quit his job and lived off the rent he collected each day.
With food and clothing taken care of, he found life terribly dull, so he made a few small modifications to the apartments.

The moment Cai Meimei's door closed, he could wait no longer. He rushed into his bedroom and switched on the equipment he had bought from Xinhu's Black Market.
His eyes fixed on the screen, Li Chun bit his nails, wishing he could devour Cai Meimei with his gaze.
As he watched Cai Meimei's body through the screen, Li Chun's breathing grew heavier. He slowly leaned forward, staring unblinkingly at her every movement.
Her soaking outer clothes dropped to the floor, followed by her undergarments. Li Chun took in every image on the computer screen. He lost all reason, no longer caring whether he exposed himself, and forced the camera to swivel sharply.
