"The stone Buddha is crying? That's not a good sign." One of the Testers stared into the shrine, his expression grave.
"What stone Buddha? Isn't that a bloody human head in there?" The man beside him was a helper he had invited along. At the mention of a stone Buddha, he immediately grew wary.

"Are we supposed to go through the door matching whatever we saw?" One of the Testers found labels reading "human head," "Tai sui," "bronze mirror," and others on the doors. Gao Ming also spotted the words "posthumous photograph" on a small door in the corner.
"Did Eternal Life Pharmaceuticals' test start on the way here? Have we already entered a deep nightmare?" The first Tester to speak furrowed his brow. "Entering a dream is a process. I've been watching for it the whole time, but I haven't noticed anything..."
There were no hints or instructions. Apart from the little doors in the walls, barely larger than dog holes, the room had no way out.
Everyone except Gao Ming was a veteran Tester who had taken the Brain-Domain Test multiple times. Yet even they were having trouble telling whether they were in a dream or
