The five Dream Ghosts stared at Gao Ming, who stood in their midst. Honestly, anyone who still thought Gao Ming wasn't insane was the abnormal one. This wasn't merely like throwing his life away. It was throwing his life away.
"Xinhu Blood City has been served up on the dining table. We just had a brief exchange with the Savior. He has something more important to do and can't return." Gao Ming spoke slowly. He had to make things clear. "Central Blood City is powerful. It seized the moment of unrest to wage war on Darkness Blood City. Once a winner emerges, it will enter the Blood Sea too."
"So... no one's coming to help us?" Ji Zhe's expression was bitter. "Even Xinhu Blood City's master has abandoned this place. We'd be better off going back to Hanhai."
Even Number Two, who had always favored Xinhu, didn't argue this time. He was extremely rational, yet even after exhausting his brainpower on calculations, he couldn't work out how Gao Ming and the others could survive.
"Three Blood Cities. One brings light, one brings truth, and what we bring should be time." The seed of Delirium was in Gao Ming's hands, and only he could use it. "Don't you think this is a rare opportunity? Those Blood City Lords don't normally leave their territories so readily."
"You really know how to stay positive." Ji Zhe wanted to say more, but the Investigation Bureau's chief stopped him.
Gao Ming was under the greatest pressure now. As Hanhai Blood City's lord, every decision he made affected countless people's fates. Although the General Bureau's chief had previously been at odds with Gao Ming, he now understood his predicament very well.
"You don't need to be so pessimistic, either. I don't have to
