Second Aunt was so angry she nearly cried. She had never had children after marrying into the family and had raised Ning Shiyan as her own. She couldn't let him be ruined over this!

Gu Xiguang smiled and raised his eyebrows at Second Uncle, as though saying, Let me prove it to you.

Then Gu Xiguang cleared his throat, looked up at Ning Shiyan, and said, "I can forgive you."

"R-really!?" Ning Shiyan hurried forward and excitedly took Gu Xiguang's hand, his eyes damp. "I knew you couldn't bear to leave me!"

"But you need to confess in front of your family," Gu Xiguang said. "Besides cheating on me, what else have you done to betray me?"

Panic flickered in Ning Shiyan's eyes, but he quickly suppressed it. "N-nothing! That's all!"

Gu Xiguang sighed, seemingly disappointed. "Shiyan, you're still lying to me."

"I saw everything on your phone. Those videos and photos."

Ning Shiyan panicked completely, his face deathly pale. His mouth hung open, but no sound came out. He had no idea how to explain.

"If you come clean now, I can let bygones be bygones," Gu Xiguang said earnestly. "I just want you to show me you mean it."

Ning Shiyan pressed his lips together and lowered his eyes, struggling with himself for a long time before finally sighing. "You've seen everything. What else can I say?"
