"What? You have masters already?"
Mu Zhiye exclaimed in disbelief.
Hadn't he only been gone for two or four hours? Not a day or two, not a month or two, and certainly not a year or two. How had his daughter acquired masters already?
Why hadn't she discussed it with him at all? So who were her masters?
Mu Zhiye looked at Jiang Nuan and the other two.
Only they had visited after he left.
First, he looked at Jiang Nuan's tiny arms and legs, then silently ruled her out.
That left just two people. Mu Zhiye looked at Chunhua and Qiuyue.
Just then, Mu Xuan pulled Chunhua and Qiuyue over to Mu Zhiye.
"Daddy, this is my first master, Chunhua, and this is my second master, Qiuyue."
Chunhua and Qiuyue nodded in greeting to Mu Zhiye, then said, "Divine Healer Mu, it's been a long time."
Mu Zhiye froze at their words. Their faces looked completely unfamiliar, and he couldn't recall ever meeting them anywhere.
"We used to belong to the Assassin Pavilion."
Chunhua offered an explanation.
"The Shadow Twin Assassins?"
Mu Zhiye asked uncertainly.
Qiuyue nodded.
Mu Zhiye had treated their injuries before, but they had been disguised at the time, so he hadn't recognized them right away.
Once he learned who they were, Mu Zhiye felt completely reassured.

"Are my masters famous?"
