But the expected attack never came. Looking over, Mo Chen discovered that Yan Hua had not launched another offensive at all. Instead, he turned and flew straight toward Bai Weishuang.
The old man was a sly fox, too, actually resorting to feints and making noise in the east to strike in the west.
"You damned old bastard! You're not getting away!"
Seeing this, Mo Chen realized that Yan Hua's earlier move had been a feint, meant only to force him back and approach Bai Weishuang. Without another word, he released a Chestnut Horse he had subdued at Chestnut Horse Slope a few days earlier. It landed with a long whinny.
As soon as the Blazing Chestnut Horse emerged, it received Mo Chen's command through his divine sense. Flames sprang beneath its four hooves, and it charged toward Yan Hua.
Mo Chen also used the Lightening Technique to land on its back and gave chase.
Yan Hua was racing toward Bai Weishuang when a wave of heat suddenly pursued him from behind. Turning his head, he saw Mo Chen riding a Chestnut Horse after him. He raised his hand, conjuring another Water Curtain.
