Not far from Merchant City, guards dressed uniformly in sect robes escorted a convoy toward the city gates.

Behind the lowered red curtains and clinking bead curtains of the purplish-red Phoenix Carriage, a Purple-Robed Man whispered something to the stunning beauty in his arms, drawing peals of coquettish laughter from her.
"The Immortal Fox Sect? They've come to Merchant City too?"

The crowd outside the gates stirred as they watched the convoy approach.
