The man walked out of a patch of darkness and straight up to Daoist Qingyun. It was Jiang Zhizhou.

"You certainly have an untroubled heart, Daoist. Even at a time like this, you're still thinking about tea." Jiang Zhizhou dispensed with ceremony, found a chair, and sat down.

Daoist Qingyun took no offense. Setting aside the outer robe in his hands, he approached Jiang Zhizhou. "What brings you here so late at night?"

Jiang Zhizhou looked at Daoist Qingyun's outer robe and sighed softly. "Daoist, the stuff on that robe of yours is a specialty of Yijiang."

At the mention of Yijiang, Daoist Qingyun could not help frowning. "Who are you?"

Jiang Zhizhou did not answer. He merely said, "Forgive my rudeness," then reached out with his sheathed sword, hooked the robe, and drew it over.

He then took a Fire Starter from inside his clothes with his other hand, tossed the robe outside, and set it alight.

Strangely enough, although the garment burned to a heap of ash, the powder that had stained it remained completely intact.

"Please come over and take a look, Daoist." As he spoke, Jiang Zhizhou crouched beside the pale golden powder and turned to beckon Daoist Qingyun over.
