Watching Randall scratch his head in frustration, desperate to speak but unable to find the words, Sengoku and Garp burst out laughing.
At that, Randall grew even more agitated.

Randall immediately caught on. He bent down and scooped up the blade, saying over and over:
"Mine, mine! It's mine!"
His reaction sent Garp and Sengoku into another fit of laughter.
This time, their joys and sorrows finally aligned. Seeing the two big shots laugh, Randall started laughing too.
Hehe, as long as I've got the blade back!
Sengoku shook his head.
Having Randall join them this time had been against the rules to begin with.
It had all come about because Sengoku had silenced the vice admirals at the previous meeting by taking a step back to gain ground.
Besides, after this battle, Randall could be promoted straight to vice admiral.
A vice admiral's position carried tremendous weight.
So Sengoku really couldn't justify giving Randall any further rewards.
But Randall had certainly pulled his weight in this battle!
Sengoku felt that giving him nothing might be too discouraging.
