Brick and the others were itching with curiosity.
Even after they returned to the Marine Battleships, Randall showed no intention of telling them.
In the end, they never learned the mysterious man's identity...
The fewer people who knew about this, the better.
Besides, knowing about something like this would do them no good.
Brick and the others understood that reasoning, which was why they hadn't pestered Randall with questions.
But they still couldn't stop that itch of curiosity.
"Set sail! Move out!"
Randall walked to the front of the deck and shouted.
At once, the three Marine Battleships sprang to life.
Lying in his deck chair, Randall wondered how easy it would be to fool the CP0 agents being sent over.
Just then, the Den Den Mushi in his coat rang again.
Randall's expression sharpened.
Presumably, this was the person Fleet Admiral Sengoku had mentioned earlier.
He took out the Den Den Mushi and picked up the receiver.
Sure enough, the Den Den Mushi took on a bizarre mask.
"Hello, hello. Randall speaking."
Randall spoke first.
After a second of silence, a soft yet overbearing voice came from the other end.
"Randall, you have twenty-four hours to reach the designated location and rendezvous with us!"
With that, the caller hung up without even checking whether Randall had heard clearly.
Randall stared blankly for a full three seconds.
Then he lowered the receiver in a daze before suddenly chuckling.
"Heh, how interesting. Ordering me around in that tone..."
The brighter Randall's smile grew, the colder the glint in his eyes became.
"Brick!" Randall shouted.
"Coming!" Brick ran over to Randall in a few quick strides.
Randall gave Brick the coordinates of the designated location.
"No need to go too fast this time. Give the engines a rest and take it slow.
