A massive ship sailed across the sea, like a giant whale pushing through the waves.
The ship looked rather cute, with a grinning whale baring its teeth at the bow.
Yet flying above it was a pirate flag that struck terror into hearts across the seas.
This was the flagship of the Whitebeard Pirates, the Moby Dick!
Whitebeard was a legendary pirate who had once fought even the Pirate King to a standstill!
Now that the Pirate King was dead, most people saw him as the strongest pirate alive!
At that moment, the Moby Dick rang with laughter and merriment.
The legendary pirate, Edward Newgate, sat in an enormous chair, gulping down liquor, looking no different from any ordinary drunk.
But a moment later, Whitebeard's soft, hazy eyes suddenly sharpened.
Only now did Whitebeard look like a legendary pirate. An ordinary person standing before him like this would have struggled even to stay on their feet!
"Pops, what happened?"
Standing nearby and sipping his drink, Marco keenly noticed the change in Whitebeard's presence and hurriedly asked.
Anything that made Pops get serious was no small matter.
"Ah, an old bastard's coming," Whitebeard said slowly, narrowing his long, slender eyes.
Then he waved a hand and said, "Don't worry. Pops is still here!"
At that moment, a tiny black speck appeared on the distant horizon.
The black speck drew closer and closer, clearly heading straight for the Moby Dick.
Following Whitebeard's gaze, Marco spotted the speck as well.
"Th-that's..."
The speck moved fast. By now, Marco could make out that it was none other than a person.
A man who could fly. Marco's heart tightened. Aside from the man who had just escaped from prison, he couldn't think of anyone else.
Soon, the others began noticing
