On an island, the sun rose as usual.

The people in the Kingdom were instantly scared senseless.
"Mommy! The sun's falling!"
"Daddy, I don't want to die!"
"What the hell is that?! Can someone tell me?!"
For a moment, cries for parents filled the Kingdom, as though the end of the world was upon them.
The next second, under the Kingdom's residents' stunned gazes, the golden light slammed into the sea.
Then they witnessed a sight they would never forget for the rest of their lives.
The sea split open!
An Abyss over a hundred kilometers long appeared before them, refusing to close for a long time.
And that Abyss was, relatively speaking, right on the doorstep of the island their Kingdom stood on!
At the sight of this scene of natural disaster, their eyes nearly popped out of their heads.
"What the hell is this?! This is the Grand Line, not the New World!"
"Mommy! I want my mommy!"
Some clawed at their hair in panic, while others hugged whoever was nearby, stranger or not, and sobbed bitterly.
