"V-Vice Admiral Garp, I'm Pell, Deputy Captain of Alabasta's Guard Corps."
Realizing that neither of the two powerhouses meant him any harm, Pell returned to his human form.
Garp smiled and nodded at him.
"Did you need something from me?" Randall asked casually.
To his surprise, Pell shuddered at the question.
Randall: ???
Was he really that scary?
No matter how you look at it, you're the scarier one!
"N-n-n-n-no! I was just ordered to investigate!"
Pell hurriedly explained.
By now, he understood that their earlier worries had been unnecessary.
Judging by Vice Admiral Garp's attitude, the man before him who had defeated Golden Lion was clearly a Marine!
As for his identity, even if they didn't know it now, they would find out from the newspapers later.
"Wait, if you were investigating, why were you standing guard beside me?"
Randall eyed Pell suspiciously. Why did it feel as though this man had some ulterior motive involving him?
"Ahem, I was worried some animal might come along and wake you..."

Hearing that, Randall instinctively glanced at Garp's face beside him.
Garp glared. What are you looking at?
Randall immediately turned his head back.
"Now that I know you're a Marine, there's nothing to worry about. Vice Admiral Garp, um..."
"His name's Randall. He's a Vice Admiral from our headquarters! Impressive, right?"
Garp slapped Randall's shoulder hard as he introduced him to Pell.
At the same time, he thought, His shoulder really feels great to slap!
Pell's heart jolted at the news.
So young, and already a Vice Admiral?
But a moment later, he laughed at himself.
With Randall's strength, he could probably even be an Admiral!
"Yes, Vice Admiral Garp, Vice Admiral Randall. I'll take my leave, then."
