The instant that energy appeared, it wrapped around Randall's legs, freezing him for a moment.
Although Randall quickly shook the energy apart, someone had already moved in front of him during that brief opening.
It was none other than the CP0 Chief wearing the owl mask.
Seeing the CP0 Chief, who had inexplicably vanished earlier and now suddenly reappeared, Randall seemed to realize something.
"It was you?"
Randall's voice was low.
The chief of Cipher Pol Aigis Zero ignored the question and said coldly:
"Vice Admiral Randall, you openly disrespected the Celestial Dragons in the Holy Land and even attacked their Guards. Your crimes are grave indeed.
You may not be leaving Mary Geoise now."
Behind his mask, he sneered.
Randall's expression tightened slightly at those words, but then he sneered as well.
"If those above you find out you plotted against your own masters, I doubt things will end well for you either!"
The CP0 Chief's voice remained flat.
"I have no idea what you're talking about, but you're wrong about one thing. A lunatic like you will never have the chance to disturb the Five Elders!"
"Heh, I doubt you can manage that alone!" Randall radiated killing intent.
Merely feeling that killing intent chilled the Guards to the bone, leaving their limbs reluctant to obey.
This was also the CP0 Chief's first time sensing Randall's presence, and some of his confidence immediately faded.
He had assumed Randall had only defeated Golden Lion by taking advantage of his condition. After all, Golden Lion was already half crippled.
But now, he actually sensed a hint of danger from Randall.
He immediately decided to strike first.
Air swept across the ground, and the CP0 Chief appeared before Randall.
With a dull thud, his fist struck Randall's chest and sent him flying.
