Randall had already succeeded in merging Qi with Conqueror's Haki to create the Intimidation Aura, allowing his Conqueror's Haki to inflict tangible damage directly.
If an enemy was mentally fragile enough, shocking them to death was not out of the question.
Now Randall was wondering whether he could take it a step further.
He had already worked out the approach.
He would use his physically damaging Conqueror's Haki to attack an enemy's nervous system directly, magnifying their deepest fears dozens of times and unleashing them as terrifying hallucinations.
That way, even without causing much damage, he could leave his enemies with a vivid, lasting impression.
Putting it into practice, however, proved harder than Randall had imagined.
The main issue was control.
This required finesse. He still needed to figure out how to induce hallucinations without damaging the other person's nervous system.
The night quietly passed just like that.
The next morning, just as Randall and Christa were about to get up for breakfast, Neptune came looking for him.
Randall was puzzled.
"King of Ryugu Palace, is something the matter?"
Neptune grew rather awkward at the question, hemming and hawing.
Seeing this, Randall felt like laughing.
There was nothing inherently strange about that behavior, but watching such a burly fellow do it was rather comical.
"King of Ryugu Palace, just say it. Is there something you'd like my help with?"
After struggling for ages, Neptune finally managed to squeeze out a sentence.
"Well, breakfast is ready. Please come along, Vice Admiral Randall."
Randall nodded.
Since Neptune wouldn't say it, he wouldn't ask. The man would crack eventually.
Over breakfast, Neptune finally couldn't hold back any longer.
"Vice Admiral Randall, I'd like to ask you a favor."
Randall asked without betraying any emotion:
"Oh? What kind of favor? If it's too difficult,
