At two meters tall, Randall barely reached Cat Viper's waist.

To see Cat Viper's face, Randall had to look up.
That left Randall utterly speechless.
People's proportions in the pirate world were all bizarre.
With a thought, he slowly floated upward.
He stopped at just the right height to look down on Cat Viper.
Randall couldn't ignore gravity. He could fly because, under his control, his energy and Armament Haki underwent a series of incredible reactions that lifted him into the air.
As for what those reactions were—as if anyone could learn them even if he explained them. Just kidding.

"Cat Viper?
So, with that attitude, you're saying you want to reject my goodwill?"
Randall folded his arms and lowered his eyes, his gaze dripping with contempt.
As though he were looking at an ant baring its fangs.
Cat Viper's face instantly twisted with fury.
"Die!"
Without warning, he lashed out with his claws, swiping viciously at Randall's face.
But just as his claws were about to reach their target, Cat Viper suddenly froze.
An overwhelming terror descended upon him.
Only a few centimeters remained, yet no matter what he did, he couldn't bring his claws down.
"Honestly, I'm a civilized man. Why does everyone insist on getting violent?
And even if you do want to fight,
you should at least figure out the difference in strength first.
