Randall asked:
"So, Little Crystal, would you rather be a warrior who fights up close, or a mage who casts spells from a distance?"
At Randall's words, two scenes immediately appeared in Christa's mind.
In the first, Randall was getting pummeled by Zephyr and Garp, just as he had before.
But she pasted her own face over his.
Now it was her getting pummeled by two burly, muscular men.
Christa immediately shuddered.
In the other, she stood elegantly in place, unleashing a barrage of ranged attacks at her enemies and sending them scurrying in every direction, struggling just to stay alive.

"Mm, a mage is a great choice! I'll give you a present later, then~"
Randall stroked Christa's head.
Come to think of it, this little girl's hair really was smooth, like silk.
It felt so nice that Randall couldn't help stroking it again.
"Huh? What present?"
Christa eagerly rubbed her head against Randall's palm as she asked.
"Hehe, I'm not telling. You'll find out when the time comes!"
Randall grinned mischievously.
"Huh? That's not fair! Then, if you won't tell me, Randall, I won't let you pat my head anymore!"
Christa puffed out her cheeks adorably, stepped back, and covered her head with her hands.
"It's a surprise! If I tell
