Following the aura he sensed, he directed Salamence to a castle balcony. There, he spotted a woman dressed in a classical queen's gown, exuding elegance and regal authority. In her hand was a staff that trembled constantly and radiated pale blue energy.
"You're the heir to the power of aura, aren't you?" The woman looked at Liu Qing on Salamence and raised her staff. "My name is Lin. I'm the princess of this country. Ever since the strange phenomenon appeared at the World Tree, this Aura Guardian Staff has been acting strangely too. You came here because it guided you, didn't you?"
"Princess Lin, my name is Liu Qing. You're right. I am the heir to the power of aura, and the staff in your hand is indeed why I came. More precisely, I'm here for the Aura Pokémon that its owner, Aaron, sealed inside it," Liu Qing said, looking at her.
"How did you know that Aaron owned this staff? And is there really an Aura Pokémon sealed inside?" Lin asked in confusion.
"Princess Lin, that concerns the inheritance of aura, so please forgive me for not explaining. As for whether there's a Pokémon sealed inside, you'll find out if you hand me the staff," Liu Qing said plainly.
"All right. I trust you. According to legend, those who gain the power of aura have a strong sense of justice." As she spoke, Lin handed him the staff.
Liu Qing took the staff and murmured, "Grant me aura." As his aura flowed into it, the crystal orb at its tip burst into brilliant light. A curving beam of white light shot out
