After all, more than twenty minutes had passed since they began fighting Aerodactyl, and they still had no idea how May was doing.

Led by Manaphy, the three entered the temple, passed through a garden with a fountain, went through the main entrance, and followed a long corridor over the water. Before long, they reached its end, where a curtain of water blocked their way.
"Heh, heh, heh..." The Professor said nothing, merely chuckling sinisterly. Manaphy looked back at him, then swept its gaze over Soul and Wing before finally settling on May in Soul's arms. It turned around, closed its eyes, and began to sing.
