Meanwhile, back in the Shinobi World, the first troops sent to conquer the New Continent had already returned.
Everyone had gained a great deal from the campaign.
Most interesting of all, Naruto and Sasuke had actually forged a deep bond again while fighting on the New Continent.
There really was something special about the reincarnations of Asura and Indra.
Previously, with Tetsuya's invisible hand keeping them apart, the two had barely had any opportunities to meet. After Tetsuya left, however, their relationship grew steadily closer as they traveled to the New Continent together.
Tetsuya and the others knew little of any of this, though.
Somewhere in the Star Sea.
Tetsuya opened another gate, arriving at a stable binary star system.
The most distinctive feature of this star system was its two stars. Despite having two stars, however, the system remained stable, and life and intelligent races had emerged on Planet 14.
Yet these seemingly unusual binary star systems were actually the most common kind in the vast universe.
They were even more numerous than single-star systems like the one containing the Shinobi World.
"Planet 14. That's our target."
Jigen pointed at a planet ahead.
The planet before them was far, far larger than the one containing the Shinobi World.
Even so, it still had land, oceans, and an atmosphere.
It was practically an enlarged version of Blue Star.
"Let's go. After all that work, it's time to find out the answer."
Tetsuya called to them and headed straight for Planet 14.
Passing through the Golden Space-Time Gate, they arrived in the planet's low orbit.
Although they had yet to enter its atmosphere, Tetsuya could already sense natural energy from where they stood.
However, compared to this enormous planet, that natural energy seemed distinctly weak.
Tetsuya immediately began to grow excited.
