Tengen Uzui, however, reached for the twin blades on his back.
"We don't need to hear his explanation. He's already broken the rules. Just cut him down."
But Shinobu Kocho ignored Tengen Uzui's suggestion and continued asking.

Before he could finish, however, Sanemi Shinazugawa brought out the box containing Nezuko.
He scoffed at Tanjiro's claim that Nezuko would protect humans alongside him, then drew his sword and stabbed her.
Seeing blood on the blade that had pierced the box, Tanjiro flew into a rage.
He could not bear to see someone hurt his sister right in front of him. He would never forgive the man.
Sanemi Shinazugawa paid no heed to Tanjiro's furious roar. In his eyes, not only the demon but also Tanjiro, who sheltered her, deserved to be slain.
"You'll never forgive me? Hahaha! All the better. Come at me, then!"
He pointed his sword at Tanjiro, looking ready to attack him outright.
Giyu could no longer stand watching and wanted to help.
"Don't do anything rash. Getting involved now will only make things more troublesome and chaotic."
Sabito stopped Giyu, then spoke up.
