"Yes, I know. That fellow is just an unfortunate fool.

"But if he's willing to help a demon hurt others for the sake of an illusory dream, he deserves to die."

After leaving the carriage and reaching the coupling between cars, the conductor froze from head to toe. He looked outside the train.

Before his eyes, the scenery rushing past had somehow turned into the entrance to his own home. The door opened, and his deceased wife and child were waving to him.

"I'm home!"

Trembling, he announced his return and took a step toward his wife and child.

"All right, I'll take a little nap and see what sort of dream that fellow has prepared for me."

With that, Tetsuya closed his eyes and voluntarily entered
