At Uther's words, both Rex and Arthas looked surprised. Their eyes swiftly swept the ground ahead, searching for their target, but to Rex's disappointment, there was nothing there. Still, he did not doubt Uther's words.
Someone at Uther's level had no reason to lie. If someone was there, they were there; if not, they were not. His word was final.
If Rex had failed to spot anyone, it was because his own strength was insufficient.
If someone was definitely there, yet Rex could not see them at all, there was only one explanation: invisibility.
Even if Scott was not a Rogue, being able to turn invisible was nothing extraordinary. Azeroth had all kinds of magical objects, from Magic Items to Mana Potions. Some potions could reproduce the effects of class skills, and such things were hardly rare. The situation before him made Rex suspect that Scott had used an Invisibility Potion.
