Rex took a small sip of coffee, and a bitter taste spread through his mouth. Normally, he found coffee hard to stomach, but now it drew no reaction from him at all. It was as though he had sipped plain water, colorless and tasteless.
"It seems His Majesty Magni's condition won't be easy to fulfill?" Rex said to Kael'thas after swallowing the coffee.
Magni had offered far too much this time: the location of titansteel, the Eternal Flame, and even the tip of the Divine Sword before them. Rex did not know how it had found its way into Magni's hands, but that did nothing to diminish its value.
There was no such thing as a free lunch. This succession of rewards proved that Magni wanted something substantial; otherwise, he would never have offered so much. He only managed to send word back. Before he could excavate it, something happened to him."
"This task won't be easy. It's been some time since Muradin's accident, and finding his body will be difficult. Still, I've already recruited quite a few experienced people. We'll find Muradin's body in Northrend."
