"This endless rain really isn't pleasant weather," Rex said with a faint smile, standing quietly as he watched the rain pouring down outside.

"The weather isn't cooperating. It looks like I won't be able to show you around Lordaeron."

Hearing Rex speak as though he were the host here, Jaina frowned. The image of a blond-haired man surfaced in her mind, stirring a trace of resentment. She stood quietly to one side without saying a word.

Seeing Jaina's delicate brows draw together, Rex kept the same smile on his face. Lordaeron belonged to Gilneas; that was beyond question. Lately, an undercurrent had been stirring among the humans.
