"We've discussed the Portal's location. It should be built here." Tyrande stood beside Rex, lightly touching a spot on the map before her as she spoke in a grave voice.

"Here it is, then. I have no objections." Rex did not speak immediately, instead looking toward the others, clearly seeking their opinions. Rhonin and the rest gave slight nods under his gaze. They did have questions about the location Tyrande had indicated, but nothing serious. She had clearly taken Rex and his companions into account when choosing it and had prepared thoroughly. Seeing that no one objected, Rex voiced his agreement.

As for Brann Bronzebeard, Walter, and the others who had initially been puzzled, Rhonin had explained things to them. Now that they understood the reasoning behind it, they naturally had no objections.

"Since we've settled on this location, I'll have the materials needed to build the Portal delivered there. We'll be relying on you for the Mages, Rex." Tyrande knew who led Rex's group, and she directed most of her remarks at him.

"All right. Time is short, so I'll summon the Mages right away." Rex did not hesitate and nodded his agreement.

"She'll lead you to the construction site. If you need anything, you can ask her. I have other matters to attend to, so I'll see you tonight." Tyrande had seemed pressed for time when she arrived. After speaking briefly with Rex and the others, she was the first to take her leave.

"My lady, please lead the way." Rex watched Tyrande leave, then slowly drew his gaze back and looked at the Night Elf she had assigned to them. This
