The night was extraordinarily quiet and extraordinarily dark. Apart from a few scattered stars overhead, nearly everything was pitch-black. A bright moon hung in the sky, shyly watching the tranquil world from between clouds as soft as cotton and light as silk, casting down its pure radiance. It looked like a graceful young beauty smiling down at the earth.

Silvery moonlight spilled across the ground, and crickets chirped everywhere.

The fragrance of night filled the air, weaving a soft net that enveloped every scene.

Everything the eye could see lay beneath that soft net. Every blade of grass and every tree seemed less real than it had in daylight, taking on hazy, ethereal hues. Each concealed its finer details and guarded its secrets, giving everything a dreamlike quality.

A gentle force emanated from the Goblin Shop, steadily pushing Rex away. He resisted instinctively. Upon encountering his resistance, the gentle force turned savage. That violent power flashed past, and the view before Rex changed, blurring immediately. When his vision cleared again, he was already standing on a lawn.

Looking up at the starry sky, he saw stars blinking their mysterious eyes, arranged in all manner of shapes. Familiar constellations appeared overhead. Lyra resembled an ancient harp, evoking the sound of elegant, timeless music; Aquila looked like an eagle, beating its broad wings as though soaring; Pegasus resembled a galloping steed. There were also Cygnus, Virgo, and Boötes.

At some unknown point, the night sky of the Warcraft System world had become the sky of his previous life. That familiar Milky Way offered Rex proof that he had truly lived his former life, rather than merely dreamed it.
