"Eternal life!"
Fanaticism blazed in their eyes. Their gazes burned, and their expressions grew feverish.
Eternal life was the creed of the Cult of the Damned.
"We shall all gain eternal life!" the tall, slender leader shouted again.
"Eternal life!" the others echoed.
"Let's discuss what we should do next."
"The situation is very unfavorable for us now. All four gates of Lordaeron City have been sealed. Leaving is already impossible," one man immediately replied, his voice wavering slightly. He continued, "Since we can't leave, we have very few options left."
"We can either remain in hiding or choose to fight. Those are our only two options."
"What would hiding entail? And what would fighting entail?" the leader asked.
"If we choose to hide, this place is no longer safe." The man had barely said that before someone interrupted him.
"Not safe? That's impossible. Only a handful of people know about this place. Besides you, there are only two others, and I trust they won't betray us."
"I don't believe they'll betray us either. Death is our finest destination, for that is when we shall gain eternal life. They couldn't possibly be afraid. What I mean is that although this place is fairly secluded, you've been staying here for quite some time, sir. You must have left plenty of clues. Not everyone in Gilneas is a fool. Following those clues, they may not be certain, but they'll definitely come here to investigate."
"So if we choose to stay hidden, we can remain here, but you must leave, sir, and find somewhere else."
"Well said. I've spent a little too long here. It's only to be expected that someone would find clues and trace them here." The leader considered this briefly and nodded in agreement, then encouraged the man. "Go on."
