Time slipped by, and in the blink of an eye, two days had passed since Rex returned to Lordaeron City.
News traveled very quickly. The Wired Telegraph finally fulfilled its intended role. Unlike before, when delivering a message took days, the entire process now took no more than a few seconds.
By the time Rex returned to Lordaeron City, a victory banquet was already underway to welcome him back.
The entire city was far livelier than Light's Hope Chapel.
Although the threat posed by the undead was far greater at Light's Hope Chapel than in Lordaeron City, Lordaeron City had also suffered their ravages. The people here felt much the same as those at Light's Hope Chapel.
