Nearly a year had passed since they arrived in Outland and began establishing the Expeditionary Force camp. In all that time, Rex had never once seen rain fall on Hellfire Peninsula.

Under its former conditions, no matter how arid this land became, it could not possibly have gone without rain altogether.
