The northeasterly wind blowing in from afar lifted the Paladin's thick beard, making it ripple across his face.

Clad in plate armor, the Paladin stood in the wind and gazed toward the Alterac Mountains.

Ever since Rex had issued his orders, the Paladin had become the commander responsible for exterminating the Worgen.

Rex had given the Paladin full authority over all matters concerning the Worgen. He had even authorized him to call in the Archmage if he found himself short-handed at a critical moment.

With two Heroic Powerhouses, one of whom could teleport an army into position in a very short time, they had an extraordinary advantage. Rex could hardly imagine how foolish the Paladin would have to be to botch this task.

And Rex did not believe for a moment that the Paladin was foolish. The quality of anything produced by the Warcraft System was assured.

"Orys, what news do you have?" the Paladin asked the man standing beside him.

Orys, Osborne's younger brother, had once been an honest-looking man. Now, not a trace of that former simplicity remained on his face. Ever since Rex had put him in charge of the intelligence department, years of experience had honed him. Only shrewdness remained in his expression; his old guilelessness had long since vanished.

"News that could be considered good-or bad?" Orys wore a black cloak.

At some point, he had begun following Medivh's example and wearing a cloak.

He concealed his appearance, lowering his hood to reveal his true face only in front of a handful of people. The Paladin before him was one of those few.
