Kel'Thuzad's death!

Kel'Thuzad,

His attitude was utterly arrogant.

At that moment, he believed he had Rex completely at his mercy.

Whatever Rex might be thinking, he had anticipated it all. Of the two of them, he had a Return Scroll. He only needed to tear the Hearthstone apart to escape instantly, regardless of the danger before him. As for Anub'arak, he would be safe as long as he hid underground. Any other race would still face considerable risks even underground, since they needed nourishment. They had to eat to survive.

But Anub'arak needed none of that. He was undead, so he had no need for food or drink. He could hide underground for eight or ten years without ever coming out.

Then no one would be able to do anything to him.

Rex did not respond. Kel'Thuzad was telling the truth. If Anub'arak stayed underground, Rex really had no way to deal with him.

But Kel'Thuzad thought he had him cornered. A cold gleam flashed through Rex's eyes, and his face turned ashen.

He said nothing, but his attacks grew stronger and faster.

He fought as though his life depended on it. His strength was firmly above both Kel'Thuzad's and Anub'arak's, but the two worked together, occasionally turning their attacks on the Tidehunter. That kept Jaina occupied on the sidelines, unable to join the battle directly. She had to guard the Tidehunter, keeping him safe from danger and preventing him from being killed.

Alone against two enemies who kept appearing and disappearing without warning, Rex struggled to keep up. Had they fought him directly, he would have won long ago. His strength gave him an overwhelming advantage. But neither would engage him head-on. They kept him occupied while dodging this way and that, causing many of his attacks to miss.
