Mu Xuehuang learned that Flowing Sand’s mysterious Little Juzi was Ning Yuanzhou’s missing son, Ning Que, and watched him return to the rebels’ stronghold. After hearing that Ning Yuanzhou had been captured, Ning Que went to meet the captive Empress of Great Li.

Ch. 115The Fourth Simulation, a Woman!

Mu Xuehuang’s simulation revealed how her conscription order had separated an ordinary woman from her husband, leaving her vulnerable to the Mara Holy Son. The vision ended as Mara soldiers brought the woman to the Holy Son’s carriage, while Mu Xuehuang recognized it as the one belonging to the visitor she had recently met.

Mu Xuehuang learned that the Mara Dynasty had abducted Ning Que’s wife as part of a marriage scheme, leading Ning Que to seek revenge against Great Li. Though Mu Xuehuang tried to stop him, Ning Que declared that the dynasty would fall that day and agreed to a hostage exchange before heading out to face its army.

  • Mu Xuehuang watched a vision in which Mara soldiers abducted a woman while Ning Que was away fighting, then left gold as betrothal gifts for the marriage alliance.
