A Ghost Body Manifestation involved using Yin Mark techniques to tattoo a ghost into the cultivator's body, then employing special methods to bestow different abilities.
Once the cultivator activated the Yin Mark, they could summon their Ghost Body Manifestation and receive its enhancement.
If it were merely a matter of tattooing a Yin Mark, Old Ghost could actually do it.
In reality, however, the Yin Marks used in the "Ghost Body" were not that simple.
Normally, Yin Tattooists bestowed different abilities on those they tattooed through different Yin Marks, while the ghosts served only as a "catalyst."
The abilities depended on the tattoo's design and the tattooing technique.
That was why different tattoo designs were relatively precious resources among Yin Tattooists.
But the cultivation method for the "Ghost Body" was different.
