The Demon Emperor looked at the Little Demon Emperor. "Is there any way to resolve the aftereffects of slaughter? I'm having trouble controlling myself now. I've become cruel and bloodthirsty. This is not a good sign."
The Little Demon Emperor fell silent for a while, as though pondering something.
"I have found methods for eliminating distracting thoughts. You can enter seclusion, clear your mind and diminish your desires, and dispel evil thoughts."
"You can practice Buddhist Dharma, clear your mind and diminish your desires, and dispel evil thoughts."
"You can release your murderous thoughts, vent the urge to slaughter within you, and then recover your natural instincts."
The Demon Emperor looked at him. There really did not seem to be any good solution.
Besides, these were all fairly common methods.
They were not suited to the Demon Emperor in his current state.
However, the idea of releasing his evil, murderous thoughts and then recovering his natural instincts felt refreshingly new to the Demon Emperor.
If he truly let them loose, would that not be releasing a devil from within his heart?
Trying to recover his natural instincts afterward would probably not be so easy.
But from what the Little Demon Emperor meant, there should be a way to return to his instinctive self.
"The third method, releasing evil, murderous thoughts-isn't that just letting myself slaughter at will? Wouldn't that make things worse?"
