Just then, the monster atop the grave suddenly awoke.
Upon waking, he roared furiously at the Demon Emperor, spouting words that made no sense.
Daochen gave him a strange look.
"Fuckwit, what bullshit are you babbling? Your grandpa can't understand a word."
The bizarre monster atop the grave froze. "Roar...???"
Suddenly, something churned inside his mouth, and it transformed into the mouth of a creature from the Primordial World.
"You're the fuckwit! Your whole family's full of fuckwits! You're the grandson! You're a damned dog!"
Daochen was truly dumbfounded by the transformation.
He had guessed that these things were reasonably intelligent.
But he certainly had not expected this fellow to understand him and transform his body.
He had actually started trading insults with him.
These fellows really were bizarre.
But Daochen raised his blade and brought it down, cleaving him straight in two.
Without even giving him time to rage, Daochen extracted the core. At once, the grave absorbed all that fortune.
At the sight, Daochen gazed at the grave below in puzzlement. Could there be something special inside?
Once that thought arose, he could no longer restrain his impulse.
"Hmph. Little trash, you dared to fight me?"
Daochen grabbed the grave in his hand.
Then he squeezed hard.
His terrifying strength crushed the grave into rubble.
A coffin appeared before him.
Daochen examined the coffin. It was actually a treasure for nurturing corpses.
Clearly, the monster that had undergone transformation had lived inside this treasure.
Someone had obviously placed it here deliberately!
No wonder these things floated there without colliding. Everything had been arranged in advance.
Daochen put the coffin straight into his Sleeve Universe.
He intended to take it back and study it to see what wondrous uses it might have.
But he could not waste time here
