Power Progression

Stage / Realm / Level Chapter Notes
Devouring-law expansion 1419 Daochen introduces a newly comprehended law. The world rapidly consumes surrounding energy, matter, and laws, converting them into spiritual power. Its growth also strengthens Hongjun.
More than three times its original size 1470 By the beginning of the Gate World War, it has devoured its original Chaos World, a neighboring ordinary Chaos World, and the world inhabited by a giant flower.
Three-Star World 1508 1537 Established as a Three-Star World during its early battlefield campaigns and assertion of authority over the Silent Forest. The supplied accounts do not show the exact breakthrough.
Four-Star World 1569 1571 An origin baptism raises inhabitants’ potential and recognizes loyal outsiders as natives. Four-star forehead marks appear, and the former slave mark disappears.
Five-Star World 1721 1751 Confirmed when Daochen is recognized as the first ruler of a Five-Star World to obtain Overlord certification. It remains Five-Star through his century-long retreat.
Six-Star World 1755 1756 Evolves over ten days alongside Daochen’s Hongmeng breakthrough. Its origin grows and its origin Heavenly Dao becomes more mature.
Seven-Star World 1778 1780 Territorial expansion brings it to approximately three hundred worlds’ worth of land. Daochen identifies expansion using world origin as a means of raising world rank.
Nine-Star World 1921 Identified as the world’s rank immediately before its next breakthrough. The intervening Eight-Star and Nine-Star advancements are not separately described.
Law World 1921 Daochen spends accumulated origin essence to advance it beyond the star-rating system. The transition increases its people’s potential and opens a higher tier of world development.

Geography and Structure

Six Realms

  • Central world: The Primordial World is designated the Mortal World within the Six Realms framework 1014.
  • Associated realms: During resettlement in Chaos, Daochen places the Demon, Monster, Buddhist, and Immortal Realms around it at the four cardinal directions, with the Netherworld Office underground 1176.
  • Origin arrangement: Daochen proposes a Hexagonal Star Formation linking the six origins to stabilize the realms in Chaos and encourage their future connection 1176.
  • Reincarnation: The Six Paths originally provide the cycle through which the world operates. They can also form a defensive formation uniting the entire world 1014 1551.

Locations and Territorial Changes

Location / Feature Significance
Mount Buzhou Nüwa uses its soil to shape humans after Pangu’s innate Dao body 165.
Thirty-Three Heavens Daochen relocates most Demon Race elites there during the period when the Witch Clan seeks control of the land 322.
Spirit Race territory Contains most of the Ancient God Tomb burial ground, whose advertised treasures attract races from across the world 943 946.
World origin Site of collective origin baptism, Daochen’s forging hut, and preparations for incorporating other worlds into his body 1569 1619 1699.
Silent Forest Territory governed by the Primordial-led Six-Person Council; later covered by layered illusion formations to conceal the world 1545 1571.
Great Void frontier Initially lies in the far west near the territories of the Dark God Clan, Angel Empire, and Abyss Empire 1789.
Blazing Bird Territory Later region occupied by the Primordial World and other incoming major worlds, where competition with native populations threatens war 2112.
  • Its original location possesses natural barriers that reduce harassment by Chaos Magic Beasts 1160.
  • The world is initially vast enough that even a Sage cannot traverse it quickly 983 984.
  • After expansion, Daochen reserves newly acquired lands for collective allocation rather than allowing Overlords to annex them into their original territories 1791.

History

Creation and Early Tribulations

Pangu opens the world, stabilizes earth, fire, water, and wind with his body, and dies from exhaustion. Seventy percent of his heaven-opening merit merges into the primordial earth 2 165.

Hongjun identifies the Fierce Beast Tribulation, the Dragon–Phoenix–Qilin Tribulation, and the Witch–Demon Tribulation as major events in recorded history. Earlier tribulations were world-ending catastrophes, each effectively establishing the Primordial World anew 983.

After the Dragon–Phoenix Tribulation, the three primordial races withdraw, leaving the Witch Clan and Demon Race as leading powers. The witches possess Pangu’s bloodline and strong individual combat abilities, while the demons initially lack unified leadership 11. Daochen later moves most Demon Race elites into the Thirty-Three Heavens, separating them from the witches’ attempt to unify the land 322.

Resentment Crisis and Resettlement

Contamination threatens the world’s spiritual and dragon veins. Hongjun seals affected spaces to prevent Resentment Aggregates from spreading, while Daochen clears the world’s grid cells and collects large quantities of Energy Crystals 927 929.

Aggregates also gather in the surrounding Chaos, apparently awaiting a signal. Hongjun and Fuxi warn that the world’s barrier may fail under the mounting external threat 946 972 981.

After temporarily sheltering the realms in Mustard Seed Space, Daochen orders their reestablishment in Chaos. The enclosed space lacks external resources, preventing the worlds from replenishing their energy through Chaos absorption 1160 1176. Fuxi and the Saints cooperate on a grand defensive formation while Daochen arranges the realms 1176.

Gate World War and Liberation

Daochen standardizes cultivation, distributes techniques and supplies, and orders reforms to prepare the world for interworld warfare 1453. The Mechanical Race improves resource extraction through robots working in farms and mines 1470.

During the conflict with the Weird World, Daochen destroys hostile beings, gathers its origin, and retains most of its resources while compensating his allies with the remainder 1498. The Primordial World begins developing distinctive forms of will as it approaches liberation from attendant and slave restrictions 1497.

Daochen subsequently places the Six-Person Council under Primordial supremacy and establishes authority over the Silent Forest 1536 1537 1545. Following the world’s ascension, neighboring worlds learn that its slave mark has vanished and its status has risen 1569 1571.

Great Void Expansion and Alliance Politics

Daochen rejects merging the Primordial World into stronger worlds because its people would be marginalized. He instead helps establish a nine-seat World Alliance with majority voting and contribution-based benefits 1780.

The arrangement later breaks down. Former partners court other powers, leaving the Primordial World exposed between the merged Abyss–Many-Head world, the Ghouls, and the Wisdom Race. Daochen rejects Angel Empire vassalage when told it would require eighty percent of annual resources while providing little meaningful protection 1804.

He pursues cooperation with other independent races. During the Divine Gate calamity, the Primordial World suspends expansion and redirects cultivation labor toward puppet production, resource gathering, and defense 1833 1850 1853. Later preparations combine world-incorporation cultivation, captured worlds, Ant Race troop production, and research into controlling the Dead 1867.

Defense Against the Abyss

After extensive study through the Angel Empire’s academies and Divine Network, the Primordial World’s people grow substantially stronger. Daochen resolves to stop retreating and defend their homeland, which cannot simply be abandoned because it possesses a world soul 1945 1946.

He nevertheless authorizes a strategic withdrawal from some territory to avoid concentrating the Abyss Lord’s attention on the world. The leaders recognize that losing these lands will also damage the Primordial Heavenly Dao 1963.

The world later supplies voidwood weapons and technological launchers against strange life. Even the Abyss Empire purchases these weapons in exchange for origin 2002 2018.

Escape and Spacetime Development

As the Great Void World collapses under the pressure of Dark Beasts, Daochen orders the three great world paths to absorb origin and strengthen their Great Daos. Independent Alliance populations are instructed to move into the Primordial World and follow Fuxi’s commands for the planned escape 2068 2070.

Most races subsequently emigrate. Those that remain are offered the choice of seeking the Primordial Heavenly Dao’s recognition or retaining their Independent Alliance status under the same treatment 2078.

Daochen negotiates Spacetime Administration assistance and assigns Fuxi responsibility for relocating the world 2090. It later devours more than half of the Flower Sea World; Daochen expects approximately another thousand years of absorption before it becomes a great spacetime world and gives its inhabitants a chance to reach World King 2092. In the Blazing Bird Territory, its overall strength is described as comparable to the Angel Empire but still below long-established spacetime worlds 2112.

World Properties

Origin and Inhabitant Potential

The world’s origin supports its inhabitants’ cultivation ceiling, laws, and defensive operations 1073 1457 1569.

  • Potential growth: Strengthening the origin raises inhabitants’ upper limits rather than automatically granting cultivation levels 1569 1702.
  • Collective dependence: Collapse of the world would severely reduce the potential of its resident races 1457.
  • Finite reserves: Batch tribulations and powerful law-based restraints can place heavy demands on origin 1073 1605.
  • World recognition: Loyal outsiders can acquire native status through contribution and genuine belonging 1569.
  • Restoration: Joining through Heavenly Dao recognition may repair damage to a newcomer race’s origin and talents 2078.

Devouring Laws

Daochen’s introduced law allows the world to grow by consuming surrounding energy, matter, and laws 1419.

  • It can absorb other worlds through devouring formations, increasing territory, strength, and inhabitants’ potential 1456 1470.
  • Its devouring laws can be incorporated into weapons to give them growth potential through consumption 1617 1619.
  • Expansion creates logistical problems: unused land requires development, and fixed-capacity storage spaces eventually become inadequate 1459 1498.
  • Its earlier energy-absorption system has serious shortcomings, which Daochen recognizes after encountering a larger resource-rich Chaos World 1407.

Intelligent Heavenly Dao and World Soul

The Primordial World’s Heavenly Dao can take form and possesses intelligence, unlike the generally chaotic Heavenly Daos of other worlds 1853 1880.

  • Hongjun monitors the world and can wield its laws against intruders 1210 1605.
  • The world soul protects cultivation secrets by monitoring inhabitants, suppressing speech, and censoring sensitive words 1914.
  • The world instinctively rejects Daochen when his aura and the power of his internal Water Kingdom become too great; he must conceal them to enter safely 1656.
  • Occupation of its territory can damage the Primordial Heavenly Dao 1963.

Soul Cultivation and World Power

Early soul training gives the Primordial World’s people unusually efficient use of pure soul fluid 1682.

  • Some warriors require only a few drops to advance to Hongmeng, while other worlds use the fluid inefficiently or cannot consume it at all 1682.
  • Rapid resource-fed advancement can leave combat skills and law mastery underdeveloped 1702.
  • Daochen’s tests suggest that tolerance for world power depends on profound recognition by the world, not physical strength or cultivation alone 1702.
  • World incorporation is eventually applied to powerful cultivators in batches, with requirements varying by constitution and race 1867.
  • Primordial Academies make correct use of world power compulsory study for children across the six major populations 1968.

Reincarnation

  • The original Six Paths sustain the world’s continuing cycle and the balance of the Six Realms 1014.
  • Pingxin later rebuilds the enlarged Netherworld Office 1778 1791.
  • Under the revised system described after reconstruction, judged souls reincarnate randomly and may become another race or even plants 1791.

Population and Cultivation

Major Communities

Community Documented Development
Human Race Its large population and rapid reproduction generate many talented cultivators. Daochen later expects humans to spread throughout the Six Realms 1702 2092.
Demon Race Benefits from abundant resources, Daochen’s increasing strength, and increasingly complete laws. It remains feared throughout the world 1453 2092.
Devil Race Chi You promotes reproduction and later imposes compulsory offspring before sainthood, alongside ruthless selection against members with limited potential 1778 2092.
Immortal Realm Led by the Three Pure Ones. Limited descendants and declining appeal weaken its overall growth, while Tongtian attracts disciples excluded or dissatisfied elsewhere 2092.
Buddhist community Initially attracts few migrants. Daochen later encourages Jieyin and Zhunti to recruit because Buddhist power is effective against Dark Beasts 1014 2078.
Ghost Clan Works with Pingxin to rebuild Netherworld administration and reincarnation while retaining a reinforcement role 1778.
Mechanical Race Supports agriculture, mining, weapons production, research, and large mechanical armies 1470 1778 1784.

“Immortal,” “Devil,” and “Buddha” are not strictly separate bloodline races: they are collective designations for practitioners of their respective Daos. The world’s inclusiveness allows immigrants to become Primordial people over successive generations 2077.

Documented Strength

Chapter Population / Military Milestone
1469 All two thousand selected trainees reach the Heavenly Dao Realm; Saint Realm experts exceed one hundred thousand.
1508 Just over thirty thousand Heavenly Dao Realm powerhouses, still far fewer than established Three-Star Worlds can field.
1575 Daochen commands six thousand Great Accomplishment Realm experts of his own, supplemented by allied forces.
1656 Roughly thirty thousand cultivators have reached the Perfection Realm.
1682 The first Hongmeng Realm cultivators emerge, allowing the population to handle ordinary Aggregates without relying solely on Daochen.
1702 Great Accomplishment Realm cultivators number approximately one hundred million.
1946 Great Void God becomes a common cultivation level; the vast majority of inhabitants have reached it after sustained development and Divine Network study.

Training and Incentives

  • Standardized methods, pills, equipment, and advancement rewards support cultivation throughout the world 1453.
  • Illusion Formations temper inhabitants’ wills, while troop-training expeditions provide experience beyond secluded cultivation 1436 1538.
  • Daochen’s combat lesson in a conquered Three-Star World exposes poor battlefield readiness and costs five Primordial fighters their lives 1538.
  • Contribution rankings reward materials, origins, combat arts, formations, special items, and enemy kills 1627 1628.
  • Six competitive Personal Weapon opportunities are offered—one to the highest contributor from each realm—with established Overlords excluded from that competition 1627.
  • Combat Core Brain deployment improves decisions and coordination, but the initial production line makes only ten devices per day 1582 1585.

Defenses and Military Technology

Defense / System Function Limits or Costs
Grand defensive formation Built through Fuxi’s and the Saints’ cooperation to protect the resettled world 1176. May exhaust the world’s energy, leaving it vulnerable if the formation fails 1176.
Human Path fortune golden dragon Helps control formations, detect intruders, and trap enemies who enter 1198. Possession of a defender remains a potential route to sabotage 1210.
Six Paths of Reincarnation formation Unites the world into a single defensive whole 1551. Depends on coordinated guardians and realm power 1551.
Heavenly Dao Five Elements and Eight Trigrams Grand Formation Fuxi and Human Race experts contain Chaos Heaven and disperse his attacks during a test 1605. Tested against a Perfection Realm opponent; not established as invulnerable to higher realms 1605.
Hongjun’s law restraints Immobilize a Perfection Realm invader through the world’s laws 1605. Drain origin and lack substantial killing power 1605.
Silent Forest illusion network Conceals the region and traps invading forces in illusions 1571. Initially activated unfinished, requiring Daochen to serve as its central eye 1571.
World-Destroying Cannons More than one hundred are installed after successful replication by the Mechanical Race 1778. An ordinary shot consumes an entire world’s origin; the weapons are heavy and difficult to transport 1778.
Great Void Guardian Provides a thousand-year protective barrier and is entrusted to Fuxi during Daochen’s absence 1790 1791. Its approaching expiration becomes a major political vulnerability 1804.
Auxiliary Battle Armor Improves strength, mobility, and battlefield support; specialized versions are developed for different warriors 1784 1945. Does not replace cultivation or automatically give Grand Ancestor Gods cross-tier combat strength 1945.
Voidwood weapons and launchers Counter strange life, including enemies that cannot be seen 2002 2018. Their effectiveness must be established in battle 2002.
  • Daochen distributes a soul-defense method obtained from the Lord of Light to reduce possession-based attacks on the formations 1210.
  • Thousand-Hand Hui contributes War Angel’s Lament, a five-to-ten-person squad art capable of temporarily crossing major realm barriers, but with severe power collapse afterward 1627.
  • The Wisdom and Mechanical Races cooperate on armor, puppets, world-power transmission, and later control technology for the Dead 1867 1946.
  • Poison Source laboratories investigate combat applications and reproduction into separate soul-bearing individuals 1968.

Governance and External Relations

Leadership

  • Demon Emperor Daochen — Sets strategic policy, obtains resources, directs wars, and protects the world; routinely delegates administration 1453 2068.
  • Human Sovereign Fuxi — Principal organizer of formations, defenses, resource operations, relocation, and allied settlement 1571 2068 2090.
  • Heavenly Dao Hongjun — Monitors the world, controls its laws, assists territorial administration, and safeguards its origin 1210 1605 1791.
  • Lady Pingxin — Oversees the Netherworld Office and reconstructed reincarnation system 1778 1791.
  • Realm Overlords — Govern their communities and are charged with defense, cultivation, and feeding collected origins into the World Origin 1756 1778.

New territory belongs collectively to the Primordial World and is distributed by contribution. Expansion must include public space and buffer zones separating it from original racial lands 1791.

Alliances and Obligations

  • Six-Person Council — Initially claims the Silent Forest with five member worlds. The Primordial World becomes its dominant authority, while former partners later choose opposing sides in the wider war 1545 1629.
  • Sacred Light World — Receives protection beneath the Primordial World; Daochen also exchanges origins and access slots with its Heavenly Dao Saint King 1579 1605.
  • Independent Alliance — Relies heavily on Primordial leadership and resources, although members periodically challenge its authority 2028 2031.
  • Remaining resident allies — Fortune Clan, Fire Barbarian Race, Clearwater Way, Wisdom Race, Ant Race, Giant Mouth Aliens, and Xenomorphs stay after other populations emigrate 2078.
  • Spacetime Administration — Requires three hundred million missions annually under its contract with the Primordial World. Daochen intends to undertake the hardest missions himself 2078.
  • Hellhounds — Offered as contracted companions whose potential can grow alongside their Primordial hosts 1921.

Landmarks, Resources, and Continuing Threats

Landmarks and Resources

  • Thousand-Layer Tower — Appears inside the sealed world, occupying almost half its sky. Clearing stages grants fortune and world-power protection, with chances to awaken special talents 1995.
  • Spiritual and dragon veins — Important resource systems endangered by contamination during the Resentment crisis 927 929.
  • Three Lights Divine Water — Described as the world’s finest sacred healing medicine, capable of purging poisons, restoring flesh, and reviving the dead 77.
  • Primordial purple qi — Daochen gathers nine wisps from the six Sages and Hongjun for the Heaven Measuring Ruler 1469.
  • Voidwood — Grows abundantly without deliberate planting and becomes a mass-produced weapon material against strange life 2002.
  • Research centers and academies — Combine Alliance scientists, Mechanical Race technology, cultivation education, and world-power research 1784 1968.

Vulnerabilities

  • Storage limits: The expanding world outgrows the Heaven Measuring Ruler’s original capacity and threatens eventual collapse of its reinforced Mustard Seed Space 1469 1498.
  • Uneven racial development: Supporting six major populations is harder than concentrating a world’s origin on a single favored race 1545.
  • Complacency: Abundant resources and Daochen’s protection can weaken urgency, practical experience, and willingness to break through limits 1538 1702.
  • Infiltration: Abyssal monsters can consume people and reproduce their bodies, origins, and memories. Daochen responds with inspections and warnings against entering the Abyssal Rift 1723.
  • Political exposure: Exceptional growth can attract stronger enemies, prompting territorial lockdowns and concealment of military advances 1545 1682.
  • Resource competition: In the Blazing Bird Territory, its potential exceeds its developed strength, while established spacetime worlds possess substantially more World Kings 2112.
