After arriving on Red Lotus Island, Liu Changxu prepared to begin building Xin Yue Tower.
Compared with Purple Cloud Pavilion, however, Xin Yue Tower would be much harder to build.
After considerable deliberation, Liu Changxu decided to refine Xin Yue Tower into an upper-grade second-tier spirit artifact that could be put inside a Storage Bag.
He did not want to build another immovable pavilion like Purple Cloud Pavilion. It was too much trouble.
Once Xin Yue Tower was built, moving with his wives would be far easier. He would only need to put the tower away and take it out again.
This, however, greatly increased the difficulty of building Xin Yue Tower.
The first issue was the main materials needed to build it.
The second was the tower's restriction artifact runes, with engraving the Space Restriction artifact runes being the most crucial part.
The first problem to resolve was obtaining the upper-grade second-tier spirit materials needed to build Xin Yue Tower.
Building Hundred Blossoms Manor had nearly exhausted the Lineage's stock of second-tier spirit wood, so there was hardly any suitable spirit wood left in the Lineage treasury for Xin Yue Tower.
The second-tier spirit wood currently in the treasury was of low grade, mostly second-tier lower-grade. For Liu Changxu, who intended to make Xin Yue Tower an upper-grade second-tier spirit artifact, it was utterly unsuitable. What could he do?
There were only two ways to obtain the spirit wood he needed:
The first was to buy it at Purple Forest Market, but that would cost a great many spirit stones, and the available quantities would be limited.
The second was to search for suitable spirit wood on the Demon Race's side of the Azure Cloud Range, cut it down, and bring it back.
That method, however, carried considerable risk.
