In a courtyard spanning several hundred mu within Hundred Blossoms Manor, a golden nine-story tower, originally only a foot tall, slowly expanded and rose from the ground. It finally became a towering structure thirty zhang high-Xin Yue Tower, which Liu Changxu had just finished building.
