Imagine where the twelve Ancestral Witches were actually born...
Look back at the opening of the Primordial World's story, for example:

Stories and sentiments on every level left them feeling that, in this relatively barren region of Chaos...
They felt deeply conflicted.
They tried leaving this Chaos World, which was so impoverished to them.
But when they reached other Chaos Worlds...
And saw the dazzling, colorful clusters of Great Thousand Worlds outside...
Just as these mighty Chaos Gods and Demons began to feel a little happier...
They would start missing the aura of their native Chaos again.

In the end, it merely gave them the sensation of drawing smoke into their lungs and gently exhaling...
Clearly, the Chaos in every Chaos World seemed the same.
Yet the Chaos Gods and Demons loved only their own world.
Even if that world was a barren land.
Clearly, it differed little from the other regions of Chaos.
