The young man in the Rotting Axe Chess Game could not, of course, have been possessed by Candle Dragon.
The power of an innate divine being was far too vast.
It was simply not something an ordinary mortal could come into contact with.
But Candle Dragon could guide this young man!
The young man who had comprehended the law of withering and flourishing later vanished without a trace, but in truth, he had sensed a portion of Candle Dragon's will.
To repay that kindness,
the young man chose to serve as an official in the Heavenly Court, and during his tenure, he did his best to put in a good word for the Dragon Tribe.
Cultivators like him
had not been particularly numerous throughout the history of the Primordial World.
But in truth, strictly speaking, they had not been all that rare either!
Through his own methods, Candle Dragon had managed to offer temporary protection to a portion of his tribe.
But now, he no longer needed to.
"A large part of the Primordial World's sheer scale back then weighed on him personally. That was why Candle Dragon had been trapped in time and space, unable to escape."
The Primordial World had been enormous back then. Reaching the limits of a single universe had not been enough; it had even exceeded the influence of a single multiverse or an individual universe!
But the most crucial issue was this:
there was too much complicated junk.
It would inevitably affect the programmer.
The Dragon Slayer back then had essentially been a programmer who compiled his own code into a piece of software, then sought to regain life through the power of that program amid endless data.
Who would have thought that this very data would obstruct him?
He could not break through.
