Sun Wukong Battles Nezha, Gungun Finds Someone to Impersonate Haotian (Two Chapters in One)

A monkey clad in Brightlight Armor and wielding the Golden-Banded Staff was locked in battle with a youth wearing lotus Battle Armor, the Red Armillary Sash tied around his waist, Wind-Fire Wheels beneath his feet, and the Fire-Tipped Spear in his hand. All around them, Heavenly Soldiers aimed their weapons at the pair, surrounding them.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Within the encirclement, Sun Wukong swung his staff relentlessly, occasionally leaping up to unleash a flurry of kicks instead, driving Nezha back step by step.

Suddenly, the monkey's expression changed, and agonizing pain wracked his body. The injuries he had suffered in his battle with Ao Bing had flared up!

"Hm?" Sensing the monkey's attacks suddenly weaken, Nezha's eyes lit up. He immediately slapped the foot kicking toward him, using the force to propel himself backward through the air. Then he removed the Universe Ring from around his neck and hurled it straight at Sun Wukong's head.

Bang! In unbearable pain, Sun Wukong struggled to raise his staff to block it, but the Universe Ring struck with overwhelming force. With his injuries flaring up, he could not muster much strength. Amid the clang of colliding metal, the Golden-Banded Staff flew straight out of his hands. After knocking the staff away, the Universe Ring continued onward and struck his head. He cried out and fell toward the clouds.

"Hmph, nothing special after all. How could someone with so little ability injure Ao Bing? Looks like Ao Bing's skills have slipped considerably over the years." Hovering on his Wind-Fire Wheels, Nezha saw that he had defeated this "demon monkey" from the mortal realm in barely a dozen exchanges. A smug look crossed his face as he chuckled.

"Stop! Arrest them all!"
