He rattled on at particular length about theories of parallel worlds and the like. Only after some six to eight hours did Li Chengqian, a man of ancient times, finally manage to grasp what Li Haoran meant, if only barely.
Then he could not help saying, "So what you're saying is that, fundamentally, you're not from our world."
"You simply learned a great deal about the Tang Dynasty through various sources, so you planned to use all sorts of high-tech products from your era to curry favor with my imperial father and reach the pinnacle of life?"
"But because you saw that I knew cultivation techniques, you felt your beautiful dream had shattered, and that's why you became so dispirited?"
"Because you have no system and no Old Grandpa,
