The Eight Trigrams Seal Shin Uchiha used was different from the one the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze, had placed on Naruto. His seal completely isolated the tailed beast's chakra from its jinchūriki, leaving not a single gap.
That way, the jinchūriki could no longer access the tailed beast's chakra or use any of its abilities.
Once sealed, Yugito immediately went limp, as though all the strength had drained from her body. When Susanoo released her, she fell straight to the ground.
Yet even though the seal had robbed Yugito of her strength, leaving her unable even to stand, she still glared viciously at Shin Uchiha.
Shin Uchiha looked at the Two-Tails' jinchūriki before him, then raised his head and looked in a certain direction within Kumogakure. His last Wood Clone had just been destroyed there.
Shin Uchiha surveyed his surroundings and smiled in satisfaction. He hadn't expected this trip to Kumogakure to yield an unexpected reward as well.
After making sure he hadn't overlooked anything, Shin Uchiha simply picked up the limp Yugito and used Takamagahara to leave Kumogakure, which was gradually settling back into quiet.

After leaving Kumogakure with Yugito in hand, Shin Uchiha went nowhere else, returning directly to his space. In his view, keeping the Two-Tails' jinchūriki here was the safest option.
It was still nighttime in Takamagahara Space. In the faint light, Shin Uchiha used Wood Release to construct a small two-story building, then tossed Yugito, whose chakra had already been sealed, inside. Without wasting any more time, he returned straight to Tsunade's house.
Tsunade's house had also fallen quiet after Shin Uchiha left. Only the bedroom she had set aside for him remained brightly lit, with Tsunade and Shizune
