As the camera panned, Shin Uchiha and the others soon saw the scene inside the examination room.
The exam had yet to begin, so the participants sat in small groups, chatting quietly while casting wary looks at those around them.
For these Chunin Ninja Exams, Konoha had invited not only Kirigakure and Sunagakure, but also several smaller villages, including Amegakure, Takigakure, Kusagakure, and Otogakure.
Most of these participants were not particularly strong.
Soon, Shin Uchiha's gaze settled on the oddly dressed participants from Otogakure.
Shizune, who stood beside him, had been watching Shin's expression closely. When she saw him looking at the Otogakure participants, she quickly explained:
"Lord Shin, these are the participants from Otogakure, a village established in recent years in the Land of Rice Fields.

Shin Uchiha merely nodded at Shizune's explanation without saying anything, then turned his gaze away from them.
Otogakure was a small Shinobi village established by Orochimaru, but perhaps because he had never put much effort into it, its strength was truly pitiful. Never mind anything else-a handful of Jōnin dispatched from Konoha could practically wipe out the village without suffering a single casualty.
The Sound Style they practiced was merely a form of ninjutsu Orochimaru had developed with very little potential, and most Sound Style techniques even required modifications to the human body.
It was not only troublesome but also cut off a Shinobi's future prospects. Only a place like the Land of Rice Fields, which had no Shinobi resources whatsoever, would treasure such ninjutsu.
Just as Shin Uchiha finished looking around and rested his gaze on Hinata Hyuga,
Crash!
The door burst open with a
